Agenda and Minutes

 

The Loveland Utilities Commission meets the third Wednesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. in the Service Center Board Room, 200 North Wilson Avenue.

 

The Loveland Utilities Commission consists of nine regular members appointed by the city council.  The term of office of each member shall be three years, except that the initial term of three of the members shall be two years each and the initial term of three of the members shall be one year each, so that the terms of the commission members shall be staggered with three members to be appointed each year.  A member of the City Council, appointed by the Mayor, shall serve as the non-voting City Council liaison to the commission.  The director of the Water and Power Department shall serve as a non-voting staff liaison to the commission.
