Yoga for Golfers

girl swinging golf clubYoga is a great way to build strength, balance, focus and flexibility in your golf game.

In this workshop you will learn how to avoid the popular complaint of lower back pain from the repeated spinal rotation from the golf swing.

You will also work on focusing your mind, which allows you to be in the moment on and off the course. Bring a golf club to this class and start to prepare yourself for the fast approaching golf season.

Class meets April 1,15, 29 and May 6.
