The downtown parking garage at the Foundry has provided welcome relief to residents and visitors who have found parking downtown to be challenging, by offering 317 parking spaces for public use. It also provides parking for residents of the Patina Flats apartment complex at the Foundry.

But in order to maintain safety, this new facility comes with regulations that go into effect on Saturday, Feb. 1.
