UPDATE: March 23, 2020

The City of Loveland’s moratorium on utility service shut-offs has been extended through April 30. Likewise, late fees will not be assessed during that period.

Prior to April 30, the policy will be reevaluated as the City’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve.

PRESS RELEASE – March 18, 2020

The City of Loveland will suspend through March 27 service shut-offs for residents with delinquent utility accounts, in recognition of circumstances presented by the current COVID-19 public health emergency.

The moratorium on service interruptions will be continuously evaluated after March 27.

While City offices and facilities are closed to the public through March 27, utility customers will have telephone and online access to account information, with customer service employees available during normal business hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call customer service representatives at 970-962-2111.

Utility payments can be made by mail, online at, or dropped off at a box located in the vestibule inside the double doors on the south side of the Municipal Building Annex, 500 E. Third St.
