The City of Loveland will join other communities throughout Colorado to observe a moment of silence at 7 p.m., Friday, May 29, in honor of Coloradans and others who have been lost due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
While there will be no formal gathering due to physical distancing measures, residents are invited to take a moment themselves to remember those lost.
This statewide remembrance is to remember and celebrate the lives of more than 1,000 Coloradans who sadly lost their battle to this serious disease. Every one of these individuals was a family member or friend who cannot be replaced. Their loss affects all of us, and together we mourn their passing.
Communities in Colorado observed a moment of silence last week on Friday, May 22.
