Since the facility closure back in March due to COVID-19, instructors have been revising the fitness program to adapt to the changing landscape of stay at home orders issued by Governor Polis.

“It’s our choice. The new normal can be about overindulging and loss of health, or we can choose to be healthy,” said Mo Geraghty, fitness/wellness coordinator at Chilson. “One great way to connect with others, stay healthy and continue to protect ourselves with physical distancing is to take online classes with your favorite instructors.”

Classes are live-streamed so participants can connect online in real-time with their favorite fitness instructors as well as those they would normally see in person at Chilson.

The best part? Just $6 per week equals unlimited online fitness classes. For SilverSneakers and Renew Active members, these classes are free. Choose healthy and sign up today.
