Something missing? Your utility bill, maybe?

If you usually receive a City of Loveland Utility bill early in the month, you might be wondering where it is.

Equipment problems have prevented printing of bills that would have been mailed during June’s first week. A fix is expected soon, and your bill should arrive in the next week or so. Meanwhile, you can always call Utility Billing at 970-962-2111 and we’ll be happy to help with your account.

Also note: A moratorium on service shut-offs continues through June for customers facing COVID-related hardships. Any late fees will also be waived through June.
