Park shelters & Lake Loveland Swim Beach to reopen

The following reopening dates are in effect

Reopening June 12

  • Park shelters (also called park pavilions) reopen June 12. We encourage groups of 10 people or fewer at one time. Those with reservations of 11-50 will need a variance approved by the Larimer County Department of Public Health and Environment (request a variance at http://Larimer.org/variance). The maximum group size at all park shelters is 50 people regardless of the size and capacity of the shelter. Info on park shelter reservations

Reopening June 17

  • Lake Loveland Swim Beach reopens June 17. Hours are 10:30A - 5:30P seven days per week. No lifeguards are on duty until June 17 at 10:30A. The swim beach remains closed until then.

Closure Extensions

  • Chilson Recreation & Senior Center - remains closed through June 14
    • Chilson Recreation Center only will reopen on June 15 at 30% capacity and with modified business hours. Please note the reopening applies only to the recreation center wing. The Chilson Senior Center wing will remain closed until further notice. View more info about Chilson's reopening
  • Winona Pool remains closed until further notice
    • We are still working toward a reopening date for Winona Outdoor Pool. We'll communicate that date as soon as we can.
  • Parks & Recreation administrative office remains closed to the public through June 14
  • Loveland Burial Park offices remain closed. Drop-in visitation to grave sites is allowed. All cemetery business, operations and inquiries will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
