3. Choose "Public Access" in the top left-hand corner of the screen
4. Choose "Permits" in the top left-hand corner of the screen
5. Enter Address or Application/Permit Number into the fields

Summary: Permit Status, Contractor Names, Dates
Attributes: Structure Specs, Valuations
Inspections: List of required inspections, results and comments
Reviews: Comments from completed reviews
If searching by Permit Number all zeros must be entered, example 11-02345
No punctuation is used when searching addresses

It is our policy to make public records available for inspection at reasonable times unless such records are protected from disclosure by law.
There are fees associated for copies or requests that require significant resources.
Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, document requests are processed within three working days; unless the requests are voluminous, require clarification or require extensive time in locating and would thereby interfere with normal governmental duties. In such instances the processing time may be extended up to ten working days.
