Basement Finish 

  • Completed Application

  • Complete drawing labeling all rooms, showing egress windows with dimensions, and electrical.

  • Completed Application
  • Contractors must hold valid City of Loveland Contractor License
  • Stamped Structural Engineered plans and stamped trusses, elevations showing all sides of the building.
  • Site Plan showing the distances between any other structures as well as the property lines
  • If you live in an HOA you may be required to have a letter from your HOA approving this.

Deck

  • Completed Application
  • Contractors must hold valid City of Loveland Contractor License
  • Plans showing attachment to ledger as well as spans for joists and beams. Spans will need to meet the 2012 IRC or will be required to be engineered.
  • Site Plan showing the distances between any other structures as well as the property lines
  • If you live in an HOA you may be required to have a letter from your HOA approving this.

Interior Alteration 

  • Completed Application
  • Contractors must hold valid City of Loveland Contractor License
  • A complete before and after drawing is needed showing all work to be done.
  • If load bearing walls are to be removed please also include a letter from the structural engineer.

Patio Cover/Carport

Please note that a Carport cannot be attached to any mobile home. It will need to be self-supported.
