Delinquent Disconnection/Fees During COVID-19

The City of Loveland will suspend, through April 30th, service shut-offs for residents with delinquent utility accounts in recognition of circumstances presented by the current COVID-19 public health emergency. Likewise, late fees will not be assessed during that period.

The moratorium on service interruptions will be continuously evaluated prior to April 30th.

While City offices and facilities are closed to the public through April 30th, utility customers will have telephone and online access to account information, with customer service employees available during normal business hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call customer service representatives at 970-962-2111.

Utility payments can be made by mail, online at www.cityofloveland.org, or dropped off at a box located in the vestibule inside the double doors on the south side of the Municipal Building Annex, 500 E. Third St.

If you have questions, please call Utility Billing at 970-962-2111.
