Camps & Activities for Teens in Loveland


(Ages 13-16)

A collaborative teen experience through the Colorado Parks and Recreation Association (CPRA) and Loveland Parks and Recreation Department. Your teen will join local friends and teens from recreation districts around Colorado for some extreme fun!

Transportation from the Chilson Center to & from trip destinations is included in the fee along with admission to all activities and supervision throughout the day. Required paperwork can be found below (Teen Trip Emergency Contact & Health History and Trip Liability Forms). Additional information on trip specific waivers & trip packing list will be emailed after registration.

Anderson Farms/Zombie Paintball - October 20

Head to Anderson Farms for some spooky Halloween fun, including zombie paintball! Register now.

APEX Movement (Fitness Obstacles) - November 17

Travel to Fort Collins for some exciting indoor parkour fitness training, including individual challenges and warrior-style obstacle courses. Register now.

Snow Tubing & Beau Jo’s Pizza - December 27

Have a blast mountain tubing at Colorado Adventure Park then enjoy pizza at Beau Jo’s on the way home (included in fee). Register now.

NEW! Junior Leadership Committee - Sept. 25, Oct. 30, Nov. 27 - Free!

Calling all Loveland teens! This Junior Leadership Committee will focus on a variety of community engagement activities coupled with junior leadership training. We will meet on the last Tuesday of each month. Participants will play a vital role in planning the activities the group engages in. Involvement in the committee also allows for opportunities to receive scholarships for Colorado Youth Adventures day trips, or an invitation to attend the annual Fall Youth Summit sponsored by the Colorado Parks and Recreation Association PLAaY Section.

The Golf Division offers Youth Golf Programs for those who would like to learn to golf or want to further their skills on Loveland's golf courses.

The Parks & Recreation Department also offers opportunities for kids to enjoy outdoor activities in Loveland in the numerous park locations, along the Recreation Trail, in open lands, etc.
