If you would like to utilize the WebTrac Online Registration & Reservation System through the Parks and Recreation Department, you will need a Household ID Number. To get a number assigned to your household, please fill out the form below and submit it for processing. NOTE: If you are requesting a change to your existing household (adding members, changing member information or details, etc.) you will still need to fill out this form in its entirety and submit it for processing.

Your request will be processed in the order it is received, during regular business hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (usually within 24 hours) Once your information is in our system, you will be sent an email with the login information you require for use of the WebTrac system.
