The City of Loveland has numerous beautiful parks which have reservable gazebos, pavilions and shelters in them! While you are not required to make a reservation for use of these areas, it is suggested, if you are planning an event and want to be sure to have your spot!
Park area reservations are made for the current year only, beginning on the first working day in January. They must be made at least 5 business days in advance. Reservation fees AND deposits must be paid at the time the reservation is made.

Shelter Reservations During COVID-19
Park shelters (also called park pavilions) - We encourage groups of 10 people or fewer at one time. Those with reservations of 11-50 will need a variance approved by the Larimer County Department of Public Health and Environment (request a variance online here). The maximum group size at all park shelters is 50 people regardless of the size and capacity of the shelter. Info on park shelter reservations

Please review the specific park locations to decide which area you would like to reserve. Then, you may choose to reserve ONLINE through the WebTrac System (for some park spaces), or come in to reserve them in person.
Please be sure to print out your receipt upon completing your transaction, and take your printed copy with you to the reserved facility at the time of your reservation.

Walk-In Facility Reservations
If you prefer to make a park facility reservation in person, please note that walk-in facility reservations are taken at the Parks & Recreation Administration Office located at 500 E. Third Street, Suite 200, Loveland, CO during regular business hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Power/Electricity at Park Shelters
Power/electricity at Loveland park shelters is available with a paid reservation. Power is not available without a paid reservation.
Reservation cancellations must be made at least 10 business days in advance of the reservation date. There is a $25.00 cancellation fee, which will be taken from your refund amount. All other fees/deposits will be refunded.
Reservation Cancellations (due to inclement weather)
If you happen to encounter bad weather during your reservation, please check with the Parks & Recreation Administration Office on the following working day. Call 970.962.2727 to see if parks crews have determined the weather situation warranted a full refund. If so, we will refund the entire reservation fee & deposit, via check in the mail. The check may take up to two weeks to be received.
Reservation refunds are given for deposits, if all park policies and rules/regulations are followed. The deposit amount will be returned via check in the mail, which can take up to two weeks to be received.
