The City of Loveland Communication Center is responsible for providing emergency communications for law enforcement within the city limits of Loveland; and fire, rescue and emergency medical communications for the entire southern part of Larimer County. If you reside in the Loveland or Berthoud area, your 9-1-1 call will be answered by the City of Loveland Communication Center.
One of the many services that we provide is an emergency information card that informs emergency responders of vital information regarding an individual's unique circumstances. When emergency personnel respond to a call for assistance, it is helpful to know if special circumstances exist. The more information that police officers, firefighters, and paramedics have about an individual, the better equipped they will be in handling the emergency. For example, it would be important to know if a person is bedridden, in a wheelchair, visually / hearing impaired, has special medication needs or allergies, etc.
Below is a copy of the Emergency Information Card. It is important to supply the information requested on the card along with any other relevant information that we can use to best assist you in an emergency. The information supplied on the Emergency Information Cards will be entered into a computer system and given to emergency service personnel who respond to any call for assistance at the address provided.
