mom and daughter domestic violenceThere are several types of restraining orders. Colorado’s official term is “Protection Order”. One such order may be a Criminal Mandatory Restraining Order and or No Contact order issued by the court after an arrest was made. If there has not been an arrest, a person can apply for a Civil Restraining Order. This can be done by going to the county court where you reside. 

If a Protection Order, Restraining Order or No Contact Order is violated contact the Loveland Police Department at 970-667-2151.
