Welcome to the Loveland Public Works Department online reporting page.
This page was developed to provide the citizens of Loveland with the convenience of reporting minor street and traffic issues via the internet.
The Loveland Public Works Department is dedicated to providing the community with the highest level of service possible. Online reports will be filed with the appropriate Division within Public Works. Be advised that this is a non-emergency report which may not be handled immediately.
To report potholes, uneven manholes, snow and ice issues or any street obstruction.
Our goal is to respond to citizen requests related to street defects in a timely manner. This includes time for us to assess the problem to determine the appropriate repair needs. Repair time may vary dependent upon the extent of the street defect. Not all street defects are potholes, some repairs may be more extensive, such as manhole repairs, and involve more repair time. To ensure that we address the underlying cause in these cases, additional surveys and further investigative work is necessary prior to making any repairs. City specification on manholes requires them to be 1/4" to 1/2" below the paved surface to avoid issues with snow plows.
To report minor flooding of streets, and drainage ways.
