Loveland Water and Power has a six-year vegetation management-control cycle. We inspect the system annually and make adjustments where necessary to keep secondary and primary lines clear of any obstructions.
Loveland Water and Power encourages customers to clear trees from the electric service wire entering your home to prevent individual outages. Keeping the service wire clear of trees is the responsibility of the customer. To promote safety during tree trimming we will disconnect your service during normal business hours at no charge.

To report trees in the secondary distribution lines or primary distribution lines the Loveland Water and Power at (970) 962-3581. When you call, be prepared to give your name, address, telephone number so that we may contact you if necessary to assist us in locating the fixture for repair.
