If Sole Proprietor/husband and wife Partnership, must complete DR4679 and submit copy of State issued Driver's License or Identification Card for each applicant.

Also an application for a transfer of ownership will not be accepted without the Wholesaler Affidavits of Compliance (DR 8004) proof of mailing by the transferee and payment of accounts by the transferor per CRS 12-47-303(1)(d).

Operation Under Previous Owner's License

A Temporary Transfer Permit may be granted to allow the applicant to operate the establishment before the transfer of ownership by the Local Licensing Authority is approved if:
A written request for the temporary transfer permit is accompanied by a temporary transfer permit fee of $100.00 payable to the City of Loveland.

MANAGER REGISTRATION

All liquor licensed establishments are required to report any changes to their registered manager to the City Clerk's Office by filing a manager's registration application.

RENEWALS

After the business is licensed for one (1) year and every year thereafter, the City of Loveland license fees are paid upon application for renewal of the license. There is a renewal fee paid for the actual and necessary costs to process the renewal application. Any applicable State of Colorado fee is also payable upon application for renewal. BOTH fees must accompany the renewal form when submitted to the City of Loveland.

Fee Schedule
Included with every application should be two checks: 1) to the "Colorado Department of Revenue" (State); and 2) to the "City of Loveland" (Local). The amounts of each check should include an Application fee plus the appropriate License fee.
