 Occupational Tax is a yearly tax and is due at the time of the issuance of your Liquor License and then yearly with your renewal. The State of Colorado gave the City of Loveland the authority to tax establishments that sell alcoholic beverages.

An establishment will be considered delinquent as of ten days after renewal or issuance of new liquor license, with an interest penalty assessed on the unpaid tax. 

Class A - Hotel/Restaurant/Brew Pub $550.00
Class B - Tavern and Lodging & Entertainment $670.00
Class C - Beer/Wine $300.00
Class D - Retail $670.00
Class E - Drug Store $670.00
Class F - Club $550.00
Class G-1 - Fermented Malt Beverage on $300.00
Class G-2 - Fermented Malt Beverage off $550.00
Class H - Optional Premise $550.00
