Loveland’s world-class art and history museum has outgrown its current space, putting limits on exhibits, programs and community outreach.
A proposed 26,000 square foot expansion and remodel of the current facility would allow the Museum to accommodate the needs of a growing city, while continuing to serve as the cornerstone of Loveland’s flourishing arts community.
Expansion of the Museum would allow for a broader range of art and history exhibits, bringing more residents and visitors to downtown Loveland on a regular basis.
This would help to boost Loveland’s local economy and further reinforce the City’s reputation as a thriving arts community.
The expanded and remodeled Museum would continue to provide free admission, ensuring an affordable, educational and enriching experience for all ages.
The updated Museum would feature the following spaces and amenities:
• Temporary Exhibit Galleries
• History Exhibit
• Local Arts Exhibit
• Permanent Exhibits
• 200-Seat Auditorium
• Children’s Exploration Zone
• Community Space and Rooftop Terrace Café
• Shop and Lobby Area
• Security, Climate Control and Technology
