1. All posted rules and regulations must be obeyed.
2. Pets must be on a hand-held leash, and under the physical
control of a person at all times. Persons are required to pick up
after their pets.
3. No unauthorized motor vehicles are permitted.
4. Fires & Overnight Camping are prohibited.
5. Swimming, wading, boating, float tubes, ice fishing, bow
fishing, or ice skating are NOT permitted.
6. Noise ordinance strictly enforced (amplifiers, stereos,
etc.).
7. Collecting, removing, destroying, or defacing any natural or
manmade object is NOT permitted.
8. All Colorado Division of Wildlife regulations are in effect
unless otherwise posted.
9. Feeding, trapping, hunting, or disturbing wildlife is NOT
permitted.
10. Discharging or carrying firearms, crossbows, bows,
projectile weapons or fireworks is NOT permitted.
11. Alcoholic beverages or glass containers / bottles of any
kind are NOT permitted.
12. Bicycling is permitted on designated trail only.
13. The Loveland Parks & Recreation Department manages the
Jayhawker Ponds area. All City ordinances pertaining to use of
parks and open spaces are in effect unless otherwise posted.
14. Boats are NOT allowed.
15. Float Tube Fishing permissible on South Pond ONLY.
16. Fishing from or trespassing on island or adjacent private
property is prohibited.
