Buckhorn Northern Railroad-

Riders on the Buckhorn Northern Railroad

The Buckhorn Northern Railroad is a
1588' long track. It supports 32 trips per day, 6 days per week, for
13 weeks each year, resulting in approximately 750 miles per year!
The railroad is maintained and
operated by the Loveland Lion's Club. They have been
operating it since 1988 in the North Lake Park location.
The train takes riders around the
track at the cost of .75 per ride.
It is operational from Memorial Day through Labor Day on the following
schedule:
Monday - CLOSED
Wednesday - 2:00-8:00pm
Tues., Thurs., Fri., Sat., and Sun. - 12:00-8:00pm
