TeleTrac
Telephone Registration Information

The TeleTrac telephone registration system is used
to register for classes or activities that are advertised
in the current Leisure Times recreation brochure. 
The system is accessible to anyone
who has a touch tone telephone, their
Parks & Recreation Household/Member ID Numbers,
a Mastercard or Visa credit card,
and the activity/class number to enroll in.

To access the system, please use
your touch tone phone to dial
(970) 962-2777
at any time during the registration period.

This is an overview of the process:
1)    Upon reaching the main menu, you will be prompted for your MasterCard or Visa charge account numbers, and then your Household ID Number.
2)    Once you are in the system, it will prompt you for the Member Number you are signing up for a class or activity, and then the class or activity number to enroll that member into. This step may be repeated as many times as you wish to enroll each member of your household into any number of classes.
3)    After all of the registration selections have been made, the system will prompt you to indicate that you are finished, and will process your payment. You will be given a receipt number. It is suggested that you make a note of that receipt number for future reference if needed.
4)    When you have received your receipt number, the transaction is complete, and you may end the call. You will receive a printed copy of your registration information in the mail to the address listed on your household.
5)    Any further information is available through the Chilson Recreation Center by calling (970) 962-2386 or the Parks & Recreation Administration Office at (970) 962-2727.
