Quick Reference Guide

Please see the links under Solid Waste in the column to the left to learn about our various services.  We can be reached by phone at (970) 962-2529.

The City of Loveland Solid Waste Management Division provides weekly collection of trash, recyclable materials and yard debris to over 22,000 Loveland residences.  In addition, we operate an extensive drop-off center at 400 N. Wilson Avenue for numerous non-traditional recyclables.  By charging “pay-as-you-throw” rates for trash collection, and offering convenient recycling and composting opportunities, we encourage waste reduction and recycling.  Since 1993, Loveland residents have annually recycled or composted more than 50% of their discards.  This level of recycling places Loveland near the top nationally.  Due to this success, Solid Waste has received numerous awards for its progressive waste reduction and recycling efforts.
