Office Hours are:
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
We will be closed from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00p.m.
Project Engineering Inspection
Staff will be available Monday through Friday until 4:00 p.m. to
answer questions regarding ROW Permits.
Any permits submitted between 4:00
and 5:00 p.m. will be reviewed the next work day.

Purpose:

Right-of-Way (ROW) Permit |
The purpose of the Right-of-Way Permits is to provide
principles, procedures, and associated funding for the placement
of structures and infrastructures, construction, excavation,
encroachments, and work activities within or upon any public
right-of-way and to protect the integrity of the road system of
the City. To achieve this purpose, it is necessary to require
permits, to establish procedures, and to fix and collect fees
