Bicycles everywhere! On Wednesday, June 23, 2010 cyclists of all shapes and sizes left their cars at home and rode their bikes to work as part of the Bike to Work Day event sponsored by the City of Loveland.

Why use a bicycle to get around? Save money on gas! Get healthier, burn calories, reduce stress, preserve air quality and reduce traffic congestion. See below for additional Bike Month activities and events.

	Bike Week Proclamation NOW, THEREFORE, we, the City Council of the City of Loveland, do hereby proclaim the week of June 21 through June 25, 2010 as BIKE WEEK in Loveland and encourage citizens to try bicycling as an alternative transportation method and to participate in Bike-to-Work Day on Wednesday, June 23.
	Bike to Work Day June 23 • 6:30 – 8:30 a.m. Bike to work and stop at a breakfast station for food and a free prize.
