Bicycle & Pedestrian

In honor of Bike Month, the City will Sponsor Loveland's Bike to Work Day on Wednesday, June 23rd.  For additional information on Bike Month and Bike to Work Day, follow the link.

The City of Loveland has begun a 12-month Bicycle & Pedestrian Planning project which will focus on improving conditions in Loveland for pedestrians and cyclists.  A kick-off meeting will take place Saturday, June 26th.  Follow the link for additional information.

Using non-motorized transportation  improves air quality, energy independence, health, and quality of life.  

The City of Loveland encourages bicycling and walking for transportation and recreation by striving to make bicycling and walking  increasingly safe, accessible, convenient, and enjoyable. Bicycle and pedestrian facilities are being expanded and improved in an effort to provide a top-notch non-motorized system.
