Calming Program
Traffic Calming reduces the negative
impacts of traffic on neighborhood streets. We address
issues such as:

Speeding

High traffic volumes

Cut-thru traffic

Accidents

Safety concerns

residential or minor collector qualify for this program. Larger streets do not.

Education alerts people to ways they can help ease traffic
problems.

SMART radar trailer—driver awareness without a
penalty. (Available in non-winter months)

Engineering devices can

Phase 2 Examples: speed humps, raised
crossings, & dips. Engineering devices have pros &
