About
Us |
|
| We are comprised of ten
certified mechanics, one service technician, a service
writer, a parts specialist, shop supervisor, fleet manager and
a part-time administrative specialist. Together we
operate a 14 bay facility which services an internal fleet
of 628 heavy and light duty vehicles.
Our facility includes a 24 hour fueling facility servicing
our internal fleet and
the Thompson Valley Emergency Services group. This
fueling facility dispenses approximately 590,000 gallons of
unleaded and diesel fuel

Recycling Efforts |
| Our
Fleet division actively seeks out opportunities to
operate in a more eco-friendly environment.
Currently, we recycle antifreeze, batteries, oil,
paper and plastic packaging, scrap metal and tires.
We also outsource the recycling of air-conditioning
refrigerants. We are also pursuing a paperless
work environment; moving to electronic filing
procedures. We are
actively involved with Colorado Clean Cities; which
is a government and industry partnership coordinated
by the US Department of Energy. It's purpose
is to expand the use of alternative fuels. The
goals are to reduce US dependence on foreign fuels,
reduce air pollution, educate the public on the
benefits of alternative fuels and alternative fuel
vehicles, and finally, to encourage the development
of and alternative fuel infrastructure. |
