2010 RIALTO THEATER RENTAL RATES

Effective January 1, 2010

 

Standard Ticketed Event Rental Rates (8 am to 12 midnight)

Monday-Thursday                                                                                    $225 per day

Friday/Saturday/Sunday                                                                         $250 per day

Rehearsal Rates (not to exceed maximum daily rental fee)                $25 per hour

 

Non-Profit Ticketed Event Rental rates (8 am to 12 midnight)

      Monday -Thursday                                                                             $200 per day

      Friday/Saturday/Sunday                                                                   $225 per day

      Non-Profit Rehearsal Rates (not to exceed maximum daily rental rate)

                                                                                                                    $20 per hour

 

Meeting/Non-Ticketed Event rates (up to four hours)

      Monday - Thursday                                                                          $300 for 4 hrs.

      Friday/Saturday/Sunday                                                                 $350 for 4 hrs.

 

 Meeting/Non-Ticketed Event rates (8 am to 12 midnight)

      Monday - Thursday                                                                            $400 per day

      Friday/Saturday/Sunday                                                                   $500 per day

      Rehearsal Rates (not to exceed maximum daily rental fee)         $25 per hour

 

Community Group Fee Rate (multiple performance dates)

20% of first $5,000 gross house receipts and 3% of remaining gross house receipts, or a minimum fee rate of $200.00 per performance day whichever is greater.  Includes rehearsal dates (limit of 10 for a one-weekend show and 15 for a two-weekend show, with additional dates available at regular rates) and black out dates (limited to one week prior to opening).  Seat fee, ticketing fee, and insurance fees (when required) apply.  No additional technical charges apply.

Piano keyboard fee                                                                    $30 per usage
Projection equipment fee                                                           $50 per usage

Marley dance floor rental                                                               $50 per installation

Intelligent Lighting Rental (Includes 1 hour staff programming time)
                                                                                                      $50 per usage
Additional Intelligent Lighting programming time                                       $25 /hour

Covered 6’ or 8’ table (Two provided free with rental)                               $10/each

Merchandise sales fee                                            15% of gross merchandise sold

Internet transaction fee (paid by ticket purchaser)                           $0.50 per ticket

Box Office phone transaction fee (paid by ticket purchaser)     $2 per transaction
