Serving the Community

 

The Loveland City Council established the Loveland Utilities Commission (LUC) on March 16, 1999. The LUC:

  • Advises the City Council on all matters pertaining to rates, fees and charges for electric, water and sewer utility services.
  • Approves certain construction contacts and establishes certain fees or charges as approved by resolution of the City Council.
  • Makes recommendations to City Council on other utility matters.

The Commission meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 4 p.m. at the Service Center located at 200 North Wilson Avenue.
